producing knowledge
equity, inclusion, learning, growth
Knowledge is not produced,
can not be produced.
Knowledge already
exists.
It is organic
existing within us,
around us,
between us.
Knowledge is part of what
connects us.
It can be uncovered,
discovered,
revealed,
found…
but not produced.
To claim so,
to try to produce what already is there
is to give into an illusion
of mechanical order and control.
To stifle potential
and trap fragments,
isolating,
perverting learning and growth,
suffocating life, mocking wisdom.
Part of this installation was interactive. Wisdom, the pie, was to share. And what wasn't shared was left to rot. Which is what happens in life.
